By the end of 2024. Dubai registered a 5.5 percent population increase, climbing from 3.66 million to roughly 3.86 million. That growth trajectory accelerated in 2025. Demographic data shows men make up about 69 percent of the population. Roughly 2.7 million residents. Women account for 1.2 million. A reflection of the labour driven structure of a rapidly expanding economy.
