Azizi Developments is set to make a monumental mark on Dubai’s skyline with the unveiling of Burj Azizi, a spectacular skyscraper destined to reach 725 meters, making it the second tallest building in the world. This towering marvel will grace a prime location along Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, adding an impressive new landmark to the city’s renowned skyline.
Burj Azizi, rising over 131 storeys, will debut in February 2025 with a projected completion date in 2028. The skyscraper promises to be a game-changer, featuring a unique all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes. It will also offer a diverse range of luxury residences, including opulent penthouses, modern apartments, and sophisticated holiday homes.
This architectural wonder will set several world records: the highest hotel lobby located on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, and the highest observation deck on level 130. But that’s not all—Burj Azizi will also boast the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122 and the highest hotel room in Dubai on level 118. The tower will cater to every whim with a rich array of amenities, from wellness centers and swimming pools to saunas, cinemas, gyms, and mini markets. It will be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road and will include a vertical retail center spanning seven floors, a luxurious ballroom, and a beach club.
