Downtown Dubai continues to cement its reputation as a premier global investment hub, with three prime land sales totaling AED 715 million in profit. Record-Breaking Land Deals

In just five days, three plots of land in Downtown Dubai were sold, generating impressive returns for their sellers:

  • AED 225 million for the first plot
  • AED 290 million for the second plot
  • AED 200 million for the third plot

Data from DXBinteract highlights that one investor sold a 51,439 sq. ft. plot for AED 400 million, just 18 months after purchasing it for AED 175 million—marking a substantial gain. The other two plots had been acquired in April 2017 and May 2021, further demonstrating the area’s rapid appreciation in land value.
